Tips to have a harmony work environment



By Mauro Libi.-  When there is trust and harmony, we are more productive as employees; we feel more confident and motivated giving space to the development of our positive qualities. Also, it is necessary to promote a space of understanding because we spend more time in the workplace than in our house.

    Work requires great efforts to get a job that encounters the expectations of each of us and to retain it, we should dedicate to it. A positive attitude is the best way to battle a bad situation.

     To create a harmony environment we should make an analysis of our current situation, and see what are those factors (in our work life) that can be changed and what are those factors that don’t’ need it.  Then, once identified you should decide how to change what we can and accept what you don’t.

    Another practice that helps, is to find the time to do things that we always wanted to do instead of regret not having done them before. Activities that stimulate mental health include painting, reading, listen to music and photography. These interests help us to release the stress that can do our daily obligations. Lunch time can become good allies to cope with uncomfortable work.

    Also, it influences to be friends with our colleagues to have a harmony workplace. If there are fights or criticisms, no one will behave as they really are and it will be very difficult to maintain work relationships. On the other hand, the leader and the group should help to channel demotivation and dissatisfaction to motivation and satisfaction.

    And finally, an effective technique to make work and personal harmony is to draw up a list of positive things that can contribute to work environment. An effort should be made to expand the list every day by looking for good things that have happened or goals well made. Eliminate negativity is the best weapon to promote a work environment where there is harmony, optimism and happiness.
