By Mauro Libi.- When there is trust and harmony, we are more productive as employees; we feel more confident and motivated giving space to the development of our positive qualities. Also, it is necessary to promote a space of understanding because we spend more time in the workplace than in our house. Work requires great efforts to get a job that encounters the expectations of each of us and to retain it, we should dedicate to it. A positive attitude is the best way to battle a bad situation. To create a harmony environment we should make an analysis of our current situation, and see what are those factors (in our work life) that can be changed and what are those factors that don’t’ need it. Then, once identified you should decide how to change what we can and accept what you don’t.
