Mauro Libi Crestani: “Don’t worry about a thing, every little thing is gonna be alright.”

By Mauro Libi Crestani. Living with a positive attitude is not only a way to business and personal success, it will allow you to happy with your success. Bob Marley sang songs that promoted positive attitude and thinking. For him it was a way of life.   We all have times when worry, stress, and anxiety control our lives.  When times are tough it’s easy to get caught up in worry and dread, and think that it’s not going to turn out well. Marley had a message….   “Don’t worry about a thing, every little thing is gonna be alright.”   In our darkest moments, Bob urges us to hold firm, as life is a cycle, and what is now bad will return to good, and what is good will return to bad. Essentially, he’s conveying here that there are a lot of things in life that are beyond our control, and that it makes no sense to catch a headache about such things. It’s just a matter of getting yourself to believe it. Believe it!     “Though the road’s b...

Mauro Libi Crestani: “Anything’s possible if you’ve got the nerve .” J.K Rowling

By Mauro Libi Crestani . J.K Rowling is the author of Harry Potter. Her book was turned down so many times. She was very poor. She was penniless, recently divorced, and raising a child on her own. She was a single mother living on welfare,  Twelve publishers rejected her book.  When her book was finally chosen by a publisher, the publisher told her that she should get a day job cause there was no money in children’s books. What if she stopped at the first rejection? It took her seven years to write and publish the first Harry Potter book. She could have given up at any point during that time. She had this idea in her mind that kept her going. An idea of what life is about. It showed how positive her attitude and aspect toward life was. “You might never fail on the scale I did, But it is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default.” The measure of su...

Mauro Libi Crestani: YES – YES – YES – YES – YES

By Mauro Libi Crestani. Every company should train their employees and managers to learn the power of the word ‘yes’. Business initiatives should be adapted where this word becomes not only the only acceptable word but becomes internalized within the fabric of the company. This will not be an easy change but will show great benefits in customer satisfaction and in more sales during negotiations. When a customer has certain complaints and you agree then there really is no where for the customer to go. Responses to complaints might go like, ‘Yes, I understand why you would feel that way. How about we try this.’. By agreeing with the customer without admitting guilt, you have let the customer know that you own the problem. You are going to ‘make it work’. There is nothing left for the customer to argue about. They feel heard and that their complaint has and will receive its due attention. Satisfying an upset customer has its value. Internal marketing is...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Creativity and successful

“Creativity is intelligence having fun”, quote by Albert Einstein.   By Mauro Libi Crestani . Creativity is what makes one successful. It is coming up with that new winning idea, that new discovery, that new piece of music, that new painting or new book. In almost every aspect of our living and trying to reach our goals we will hit obstacles. Areas that will prevent us from reaching that goal. Albert Einstein had a solution for solving our problems and becoming a winner. “We can not solve our problems with the same thinking we had when we created them.” He was a strong believer in having a positive attitude, he believed that your attitude was also the same as your character. So if you had a positive attitude, you also had a positive character. Everyone knows that in the high technology world, the winning company is the one which has the greatest creativity. The one that comes up with the latest and best new technology. Of course  to come up with these new idea...

Mauro Lbi Crestani: How Xiaomi conquered the Chinese market ?

By Mauro Libi Crestani. Xiaomi  is the Chinese word for " millet ".   In 2011, its CEO  Lei Jun  suggested there are more meanings than just the "millet and rice."    He linked the "Xiao" part to the  Buddhist   concept that "a single grain of rice of a  Buddhist  is as great as a mountain," suggesting Xiaomi wants to work from the little things, instead of starting by striving for perfection,    while "mi" is an acronym for Mobile Internet and also Mission Impossible, referring to the obstacles encountered in starting the company. Number one in the smartphone market is a fight between Sony and Apple. Xiaomi started its company in just 2010, so it is new to the market. At present it in the fourth place for world sales and the amazing part is that it is only selling presently in the Asian market. This company is a private company that started in China. Now starting a business in China is not easy. People usually b...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Business Initiative is about setting goals

By Mauro Libi Crestani . Business initiative is about setting goals and it is the steps that you take to achieve those goals. The most important goal is having satisfied customers. No - not just satisfied customers, loyal fans, raving fans for customers. A long time ago I read a story about a young man. We will call him Carl. Carl started a company and it was very successful. His customers loved him and the loved his product. They could never dream of buying this product anywhere else. Some investors saw the how productive and profitable Carl was and they invested in him to build many more companies, big companies. Carl made the same wonderful product that he always made. For some reason, it just did not sell. Not only that, his original store was not doing as well as it once had done. His loyal customers proved to be not so loyal and they started to look for where they got the best price. Carl’s company was failing and he had no idea why.(Mauro Libi) If Carl had spoken to...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Share value is not charity

Share value is not charity. It is not big business giving away charity money. Share value is where companies find common ground with societies issues. Areas where a company can help society and in turn the company will also profit.  Walmart is the largest retailer in the world. Each week over 260 million customers visit more than 11,500 of their retail stores. It's sales amounted to $482 billion dollars.  In 2011 Walmart decided to take  on some big social issues to build a stronger business. Through the Empowering Woman Together Initiative launched in 2011, they’re making that strategy a reality. They are  using their size and scope to help women-owned businesses around the world succeed and grow, Beth Keck, senior director of women’s economic empowerment at Walmart, believes her company can give more women the opportunity for success through the shared value mindset. “All of these initiatives are improving our bottom line."  One such example...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Having a positive attitude means that you believe that your idea will succeed in the long run

One must have a positive attitude if you want to advance. If you want to be ahead of all the rest then you must believe that you will and can succeed. If you have an idea, then you need to act on that idea. Of course it can end in failure. Does that mean that you have failed and that you should give up? Of course not! Having a positive attitude means that you believe that your idea will succeed in the long run. It may involve some changes to the original idea. You learn from your mistakes. You have to see failure for what it is. Failures are lessons in how to do something right. So take your idea, go with it, try it out, experiment with it. If the idea fails, make your changes and try again. A negative attitude tells you to give up with every stumbling block, it tells you not to take chances and to play it safe. That is not a recipe for success. Pablo Picasso was quoted as saying, "Action is the foundational key to all success." If you are playing life safe then ...
