great potential that is being considered by organizations. It is a matter for

data is characterized by speed, volume and variety, unique information that can
lead to innovative and efficient solutions. In human resources area, it allows
the workers with a high capacity for reflection and tests to generate responses
on time.
In addition, big data make
easy making decisions in human resources department by having relevant
information to make daily work efficient. Big data improves employees’ selection
processes by providing HR (human resources) the management with saved data and
filtering them into the curriculum vitae
as suitable candidates to integrate the company.
