Libi.- The coach has been present in
all societies, because they transfer their experience and knowledge to those
who are starting in this knowledge world in no matter what area it is. There
coaches in every aspect in our lives. They are often confused with
psychologists who have given up their consultation to dedicate themselves to
training other people, but there is a big difference between the two figures.
1)
The coach: is basically a motivator who seeks to get the best of every person with
a view to the growth and perfection of a person like personally and
professionally.
2)
The psychologist: is the professional in charge of the emotional study and to treat the
affective and mental health of people.
Perhaps, both
are interested in propping up self-esteem and motivating others.
The coach's
job is to observe, question them, check their mood and see how it influences
their behavior. It should be noted that the answers have to come from the person
in training. The coach will guide people and show them the alternatives they
have. They also have the function to help people to define their personal and
professional goals by providing clues for them to do it.
One of the
greatest coach’s goals is to make the coach someone better by motivation. In
the same way, the coach is always learning in people by making them understand
that they never stop learning. The coach helps the trainees to discover the
skills they already have.
