Mauro Libi: Be happy on your way to success

People usually think of happiness once they have reached certain goals and completely forget to enjoy the journey to achieve it, it is important to achieve success, but working to achieve it, does not deprive yourself of the pleasure that both stages bring.Wehave to learn to be happy by the mere fact of living, of being in the struggle, of having the opportunity to undertake something like this or in another way.It is okay to want to achieve a purpose in life; the important thing isthe attitude. In addition, the important thing is to maintain the motivation levels, if a goal was not achieved, we should learn to feel satisfied once you have tried and go forward likewise motivated by other things, for example, to continue living. Yes, obviously it is natural that with the passage of time the performance is not the same. Equally, the objectives and goals that are raised even if they are not so ambitious, it is possible to fight for them with the same or a similar motivation....

Mauro Libi: Positive thinking and business

By  Mauro Libi.  "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right. ". This is a quote by Henry Ford. These inspirational words of pure positive thinking are what helped to change a boy born to a farmer and with great effort he became one of the wealthiest men in history. A positive person should follow Henry Ford’s advice. He had many failures before he made money. He tried several times to start up his own company. He went from failure to going bankrupt. His attitude was that failure is just an opportunity to learn a good lesson. His life story is a true story in how s farm boy with positive thinking could become one if the richest meet in history. His other idea was very revolutionary for his era.  No one believed that it could work. But the positive mind and positive attitude made it to be the great company and success story.  Henry Ford had some a business initiative in mind that many today would call a share value initiative. Actuall...

Mauro Libi Crestani:So what are the keys to getting employees to be happy within your firm?

By Mauro Libi. “Everyone has an invisible sign hanging from their neck saying, ‘make me feel important.’ Never forget this message when working with people.” – Mary Kay Ash (businesswoman and founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics) “Start with good people, lay out the rules, communicate with your employees, motivate them and reward them. If you do all those things effectively, you can’t miss.” – Lee Iacocca (automobile executive, former President and CEO of Chrysler)   Mary Kay Ash and Lee Iacocca are two very successful business people with  a very important message about one of the secrets to their success. It is called positive reinforcement.   Employees are the backbone to any company. Payroll is usually a companies largest expense. Turnover in a company can be very costly. Having to train again a new employee. Losing an employee that has built up customer loyalty and trust can be very costly to a firm. Even when employees are paid well, I have found that many w...

Mauro Libi Crestani: ¿ Positive depressión ?

By Mauro Libi Crestani- "I only know that summer sang in me a little while, that in me sings no more." That excerpt from one of her sonnets expresses how much poet Edna St. Vincent Millay  probably knew of depression. Psychiatrist Kay Redfield Jamison, herself a person with bipolar disorder or manic depression, notes in her book ‘Touched with Fire’  that the majority of people suffering from mood disorder "do not possess extraordinary imagination, and most accomplished artists do not suffer from recurring mood swings." She writes, "To assume, then, that such diseases usually promote artistic talent wrongly reinforces simplistic notions of the 'mad genius.' But, it seems that these diseases can sometimes enhance or otherwise contribute to creativity in some people. Biographical studies of earlier generations of artists and writers also show consistently high rates of suicide, depression and manic-depression." In simple terms, there may...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Harvard most popular course is on positive attitude

Universities are beginning to believe in the power of a positive mindset.   At Harvard University their most popular course is on positive attitude.  Below I would like to summarize a memo to the students at Ferris State University. The memo is titled "Developing a positive mindset: changing your attitude to change your life". In summary, the University believes that in many instances the failure of a student to complete their course of study has to do with negative attitudes. For students to be successful in school a winning attitude helps. They write in their memo to the students that " attitude is everything". A student when he has difficulty has the option to give up or to say " I will find a solution". When things are not going well then admit it to yourself and change it. Change is always scary but less scary when you believe and trust yourself.  People who are depressed find it hard to take corrective action and tend to allow a bad situa...

Mauro Libi Crestani: Good leader has the ability to do great things

A good leader is one who has the ability to do great things. he is very successful at what he does, he may even be the best at what he does. He also knows that he is the best. he believes in his own abilities to succeed and he is a just loaded with positive energy. His attitude toward himself and his attitude toward his job are so positive that everyone around him feels this positive energy and they also feel positive that he will shine at what he does and they know what an asset he is to the company. Despite all of his wonderful successes and his record breaking wins he is just okey, good at best. he is not a great leader and he will not make a great manager. A great manager is a person that not only has everything we already spoke about but he teaches his coworkers and his employees how to fell like winners also. A good leader has positive energy. A really great leader knows how to transfer that energy to others. Imagine a football coach that is truly great at what he does, ...

Mauro Libi: To succeed we must work hard

One of the secrets revealed by Bill Gates, who for over 22 years has held the top spot in Forbes magazine as the richest man in the world is that in order to reach the first place we must work tirelessly, focusing on target , tirelessly and remain convinced that the chosen path will lead to the goal.  And the people who succeed tend to stand out from the rest because they are always ready for action, always available to do more, and to generate expanded opportunities , do not usually complain of life, or the people and work. They are creating Positive changes in its wake. They are creative and know how to locate the possibilities where others see adversity. Bill Gates says he was always willing to work 20 hours a day if necessary and nowadays he does the same, despite being the world's richest man. Successful people know that the road to the top is hard. It does not always yield the expected immediate results. They know that at the end of the tunnel is the goal and they in...

Mauro Libi Crestani: The crisis is an inexhaustible source of opportunities

We have already said on other occasions: The crisis is an inexhaustible source of great opportunities for those who know what they want, a route they were drawn to achieve their goals and maintain a positive attitude that allows them to learn from obstacles and solve problems intelligently.  In general, the crisis creates uncertainty and instability in the population. Fear paralyzes the crisis entrepreneurs and citizens, indicating that the crisis far from being an active and irreplaceable component of the economic system, it becomes a state of mind of people.  Experts argued that the crisis can be modified with actions, in that crises can be enhanced with conditioning of those affected. Or rather it can be worsened by pessimism.  An important aspect to understand is that crises do not happen by themselves, but made the people generate, and at the bottom are a consequence of the same human behavior.

Mauro Libi Crestani: A successful businessman knows which projects to work on and which ones to abandon.

A long time ago, my company had a business consultant working with my employees to create a more positive attitude.  The consultant put a plaque on the wall and made the entire staff read what it said...." God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I can not change..... The courage to change the things  I can..... And the wisdom to know the difference. " The consultant explained that when we fail in business, we get caught up in trying to fix what went wrong. We can not accept failure and keep working on this failing project and find it hard to admit defeat. When a business project has failed, admit that you failed and then move on to the next project. Take the loss, accept it. Do not put more time and money in a failing project.  Even though you have failed at a project, it doesn't mean that you are a failure or that your business is a failure. Look for a totally new project with new ideas. Remember, that you are a winner. You can affect real positive ch...

Mauro Libi Crestani: We can find successful solution for the most complex situation if we believe we can do it

Imagine what heaven would be like. In heaven everyone gets along. Everyone is the best at what they love doing. The business people are the best in their fields. The doctors are most skilled that ever lived. Engineers  are the best educated. Teachers and educated have the ability to teach anything and anyone. And the politicians are actually honest. Now, in heaven, money does not have any value. All the best from all over the world get together and they do not want any money. Not only do they not want money. They work for free and they donate money to their cause. Only in heaven, do all these top professional have no ego and they work together with humility and for the cause of giving and kindness. This heaven that we spoke about is what 'Shared Value Initiative' is all about. To solve some of society worst disasters. When it seems that there are no solutions. Only by the very best from many organizations and professional affiliations working together could some of the w...

As an entrepreneur , conquering challenge and failure is essential to the success of your business. The trick is not handle the challenges and failures as they arise by training your brain to stay positive when times are tough. By nature we tend to dwell on the negative.  Acknowledging problems and facing failures can lead us to better solutions and a more productive company .  But too often, we go overboard, and beat ourselves up for our failures or let ourselves dwell in the negative. By consciously increasing our focus on the positive, we start to even the balance.  We find a happy medium where we can address failures and challenges without letting them get us down, leaving us more motivated, productive, and likely to succeed. http://maurolibientrepreneur.blogspot.com/2015/08/mauro-libi-crestani-how-successful.html

Mauro Libi: How does one become successful?

How does one become  successful ? We have spoken in depth that the answer lies in become an extraordinary person and  company . Be and produce the very best in your field. To be the very best and truly successful, one must learn time management.  Imagine a car manufacturer telling the public that the new model cars will not be ready on time, so we will sell the old models this year. It may sound funny to us, but to that poor car manufacturer it would probably mean their demise. It is not acceptable.  Successful  people complete their tasks on time.  Time management is a skill that can be learned. Here are some pointers. Schedule your staff meetings in the morning. It's hard during the day when your managers and staff may have client meetings, phone calls, tasks that they are middle of. They may be stuck at a different locations. During the day or at the end of the day, a staff meeting is not predictable that you can get all the staff to attend. I...
