Every time, businesses are more aware of the relationship between happiness, negative emotions, stress and well-being. Doing something we don’t like can affect our life quality, especially when it comes to our work activities. However, there are recommendations, keys, secrets and recipes to be happy at work and increase our productivity.

 Take a look of these formulas:

 1. - Make the workplace a personal space harmonious and organized. For this, it is convenient to oxygenate the space work everyday. Maintain a personalized atmosphere with details, make us feel so good.

2. - Dedicate time every morning to prioritize the responsibilities. Differentiate the crucial by distributing our time and to start the first hour for those that need more attention.

 3. - Let's not judge. If something bad is happening, we are not to give up. Take advantage of these mistakes and avoid making judgments.

4. - Fight, with this ability we acquire strength to recover quickly from adversity.

5. - Release the complaints, avoid self-reproach or blame others. Will we be happier. Also, forget about professional jealousy. This feeling only slows down our abilities and goals. Let the positive energy pour it up to the success we want to achieve.

6. - Find passion. Many people visualize their work as their great passion, however, when it is not we look for another motivation to enjoy what we do.

7. - Give courage to your bosses and co-workers. Connect physically and emotionally with them. Share a smile, a pat on the back, show you interested in how they are, how they feel with your bosses and colleagues. It will be a great help.

8. - Maintain flexibility before changes. These always bring a new learning. They make us move forward to be more flexible and adaptable to the unanticipated circumstances. If we don’t enjoy the work that we have, visualize how we were 10 years ago and analyze what we have been through to be where we are at the present. In this way, we will give more value to what we have. Also, a positive attitude helps us to be better as persons and make the time in the office more pleasant. Only we can improve our life quality of life, so let's practice these tips to be happier in the office and enjoy the job we have.
