which will allow him to perform with mastery when he executes his tasks and
carries out his functions. The correct management of people and situations will

Technical skills: have

Conceptual skills:
would be those that imply a joint vision of the organization, the ease of
working with ideas, concepts, theories and abstractions. When we make reference
to the conceptual abilities, we speak of the thought, of the reasoning, of the
diagnosis and of presenting possible solutions to the problems. It is essential
that the administrator has or is made of these skills, as the appropriate
management of them will allow you to deal with the different situations which
you have to deal every day. To the extent that a manager ascends inside the
company or undertaking will require less technical skills and need more
conceptual skills.
