Mauro Libi: Is it possible to grow in times of crisis?

To the question it is possible to grow in times of crisis, my answer is always yes. Yes, you can grow and make money in bad times but for that to happen we must bear in mind that the crisis will not disappear because people want to.  Economic  crises are cycles and as such require that you change certain factors.

The first thing to do is take the crisis as a collective responsibility, and not a single sector. The crisis is a result of economic behavior of societies and in which everyone has responsibility to a lesser or greater extent. Many believe that spending money will further aggravate the crisis, but the truth is that this is not true. The solution to the crisis is not to keep the money in savings and to avoid spending money during the bad economic times. This will stagnate growth of the company because the money kept in an account is useless. The money has to be invested to make more, to get the economy moving. We must be conscious and intelligent when it comes to moving money but never let it sit.

There are many professionals who decide to invest in training in times of crisis so that it returns to profit.

It is also advisable to innovate. Putting creativity to work, we must renew the way of thinking and acting, the changes are everyday, and what worked yesterday does not work today. I recommend to be aware of what is happening in society and adapt to changes optimistically.

Your attitude is the engine that drives us. Think positive, losing fears and learn from each failure. Be proactive, do not keep looking at the crisis in the country and do not believe that everything will change for the overnight as if by magic.

Ubícate acts, if you do not know where to start, read, see, for your economic future depends on your own ability, not the government or economic factors in society.

The crisis does not end with tears, complaints or contemplation to action but with human beings doing hard work and using their intelligence.

Mauro Libi Crestani: How to prevents mental overload?

A leading psychologist claims whistling or singing helps distract the mind from trying too hard and prevents mental overload. Wow! The Dwarfs were right!  Whistling while you work makes you do your job better . The seven dwarfs knew from positive attitude and they knew how to get things done and enjoy it. They also knew the secret to staying calm. Far from being down to 'just nerves' , choking up  occurs when the brain finds itself with too many pieces of information to process, resulting in 'paralysis by analysis', argues Dr Sian Beilock of the University of Chicago. The same holds true when presenting a vital sales pitch, making an important golf putt or doing an acting audition. So you do not want to choke up and lose that sale, that golf game or that acting job, then  maybe you need to  whistle while you work.     Not just whistling. When you’re humming, singing, or laughing, it’s also difficult to be stressed. It puts...
