It is necessary to assume a proactive, creative and innovative role to get over the situation. The secret is to know how we can turn difficulties in opportunities.

In addition, it is very important to control negative emotions to work for solutions. The disadvantage is that it seems that not everyone is willing to take on this positive and proactive attitude. Every single individual has a leading role in this story and they should act to move on from this situation. We have to make sacrifices.

Communication is vital in this process. Governments, organizations and workers have to speak clearly, without half-measures, with their feet on the ground but without losing hope, which is fundamental.
