Motivation impacts in productivity

It’s important that jobs are perceived as comfortable and sure to help us to achieve personal goals or a personal development and successful. Moreover, companies need proactive human teams to guarantee a high performance and productivity like an excellent quality of work and vocation to a constant improving.

     It is impossible that we, as entrepreneurs reach these ambitious goals if workers are not motivated. Increase the salary is not an effective measure to motivate them if this action it is not accompanied for others actions such as the security in the work, the staff recognition or the work environment.

     Tips
-          Reward the achievement in the work as economic and as recognitions and incentive such trips, playful activities, gifts and so on.

-          Make an easy promotion. Workers should be convinced that the effort and quality work are improves and ascent inside the company.

-          It’s important to suggest challenges. Most of the people like them because workers can show their personal and professional value, the can improve themselves and more if this comes with congratulations, ascents, increase in the salary and so far.

-          Make easier and promote the constant formation in workers means multiples perks for example, a great quality of job, the company have more professionals capable and their self-esteem is increased.

-          If the company put every worker in the places they are belong to, everyone win because the worker will be pleased and will do his best.

-          It is important to involve the workers in meetings, workshops and all the dynamics made in the companies. It’s the only way to achieve loyalty on them and their identification.

-          Organizations have determined the flexible work contribute to productivity, it reduces the cost by absenteeism, turnover or carelessness plus, it creates more happy workers and committed.
