Mauro Libi Crestani  . It seems incredible that such relations occur in the twenty-first century, but they do. Companies who despite their mistreatment of their workers are productive. These entrepreneurs are wondering, why make changes if I am doing well.  True, some do not even realize what they do, they are not even aware of the erosion, wear and psychological damage they cause to those who should be taken as their main collaborators, ie workers. But the truth is that this behavior does occur and it can cause much damage. Some even admit that at times go through difficult situations, but they consider that as normal. What ia their attitude on organizational positive psychology! They believe that it is 'Pure nonsense'!
