 By Mauro Libi.-   There are new marketing ways which it is necessary to maintain a contact and connection with shoppers to guarantee the organizations’ survival. It is required to optimize commitment in social networks.

     It is very important to know the buyer by listening to him. Only then, it will be possible to understand their behavior and empathize with him. Companies make the mistake to supervising this and don’t have the idea of ​​what consumers want. They don’t know what their needs are and insist on imposing products and / or services that aren’t the interest to users. This behavior is unacceptable for organizations.

     Also, is really important for your organization or your brand, to connect with the consumer public to achieve empowerment to create a connection between the user and the brand. This participation is achieved by being interested in quality content that stir up the desire to ask, to interact, to replicate those contents.

     Relationship should be personal. The consumer must feels that the message is specially made for him, that the product and / or service were made thinking about his needs. The consumer doesn’t want to be seen as a buyer person just as single individual. In addition, the proactivity is important. It is necessary to act and not wait for the consumer to be the express their concern about the product or service. Moreover, stimulate the user participation with quality, creative and innovative content.

     What’s more, surprise the consumer with good information. Check your messages and correct them if you see that they haven’t worked. If the content doesn’t impact them, forget about it and eliminate it.

     Your organization has to act according what the consumers want.
