Tips for a good waking up

  


 By Mauro Libi.-   For many of us, waking up is sometimes the most difficult time of the day and, often, this moment can influence to maintain a good mood throughout the day, particularly when the work is involved.

     And the way we wake up determines our day. That is why waking up in a good mood becomes indispensable, as well as helping us to feel better emotionally and physically.

     Take a look of these advices to achieve it.

1.      Write a note with positive things. Always have in the mirror, some note, it will be the first thing we will see when we wake up. This will fill with positive energy for all the things we start during the day, particularly in the workday.
2.      Bring air up to the abdomen and then slowly expel it, this will help us control anxiety and stress.
3.      Not all of us have time to exercise in the morning however, a physical activity causes our body to secrete hormones as endorphins that generate joy and well being.
4.      Leave everything prepared the night before, it will relieve you of the morning stress and forget something important.
5.      We should dine light, abundant and unhealthy dinners cause bad mood in the morning. We go to bed heavy, without digestion. A light dinner assures us a good rest.
6.      Turn on an alarm clock with soft melody. If it is impossible for you to wake up without alarm, it is advisable to opt for a soft melody.
7.      Calm down. It's hard work, but getting up a few minutes early will allow us to have peace and quiet, as well as having more time to organize our things.
8.      We should nourish our body by eating breakfast. Not only is the most important food of the day, it will also help us to maintain a good mood.
9.      Let’s make routine. Let's learn to eat breakfast slowly, enjoy the trips to work, university, friend’s home or family, whether listening to music or appreciating everything we have around.
10.  Say thank you, be grateful. It is not necessary to have a religion. Let us give thanks for all that we have, especially for existing.
