1. 2. Prioritize: You will most likely find yourself in front of a set of activities to carry out as soon as you begin the assembly work for your business. But, attention, not all the activities you can do by yourself and, much less, do them at the same time. The important thing will be to establish priorities taking care of the order of importance and urgency that every activity entails. Separate the big from the small, the emergencies from the non-urgent and the necessary from what is not.

3. Think positively: We don’t talk about being inexperienced or don’t have your head on your shoulders by simply thinking of unrealities and utopias. No, we recommend you to maintain a positive attitude and thinking that will allow you to be more effective in your work. Doing it from a knowledge perspective will make you visualize its feasibility.

4. Leave the comfort zone: There will be some uncomfortable but required activities and procedures necessary for the business project to materialize and achieve success or a new goal.
