Make a great impact through coaching for your company

     


By Mauro Libi.- Coaching for companies is for obtain specific results which should be aligned, coordinated and developed based on the new knowledge obtained in the members of the work teams. The idea is to generate an impact that leads to new behaviors, so it is necessary to impact on the individuals to generate the new behavior. All human beings have their history, their emotions and they face the world according to that history and their physical abilities.

     The goal of coaching is to do more than provide information and give advice, tools and techniques. The idea is that you can see the world around you differently to produce new results. In the same way, organizational coaching incorporates learning through practice and this learning is what provides new knowledge, habits and behaviors. This learning will be a product not only of understanding but also, repetition and practice.

     The new managers that are intended to form from the continuous practice which you are instructed how to lead, how to guide your work teams, how to connect and listen to your colleagues, finally, how to relate. In addition, management and leadership are dialogue that every person pronounces according to their own history, knowledge and experience. The individual absorbs the dialogue in the family, in the school, in the society and constructs his own dialogue. Moreover, organizational coaching looks for to listen to such dialogues to reinforce what is considered positive and change the negative. Show new possibilities with new interpretations that, with practice, will assimilate to define what will be the new discourse.

     Coaching seeks the formation of true work teams. It wants to generate a new result, a team where all its members share the same promise, the same and coordinate actions to achieve it.
