Be aware of your possibilities at work

   

 By Mauro Libi.- As human beings, we always make the same question in our lives like: am I doing it right? Well, this type of question is very common. We wish to measure our success level, we want to know if it is good. Other questions come to our heads such as: Was it a wise decision that I made? Am I on the right track? These questions make us to evaluate our professional or business performance even for the entrepreneurial people, it is a daily question. We just need to avoid obsession.

     Let us pause in the second of the scenarios, the one which the question becomes compulsive when everything indicates insecurity and fear to fail. Keep in mind that even if it goes wrong, that doesn’t mean that you have lost everything or that you are a failure without a future. It is known that when you start a business or when we start a new job, we have two alternatives before us: to do well or to go wrong. The first option is always desirable, but the second option isn’t the end of the world. The important thing is not to be dominated by fear.

     When we are making decision or doing it well, the first step should be followed in the second and then the third. We all have an inner voice which tells us about the satisfaction they feel in what we do. It is important to listen to that intuition.

     On the other hand, it is common, that at the beginning of all entrepreneurial adventure, the progress are little. It is a process so you have to be patient, and wait for the results which depend on the nature of the business. Knowing that time and having seen that it has already passed, it is pertinent to decide whether to continue to verify the lack of progress and last but not least, is the finding that entrepreneurship or work simply doesn’t leave time for anything, mainly for you and your family. We know that to start a business, carries with it sacrifices, but this doesn’t mean that you should be abandoned. If your job or business only causes you stress and no satisfaction, then it is time to evaluate how much you would like or want if you continue under these circumstances.
