Lean management

     


 By Mauro Libi.- If something activates the alarms in the organizations is the waste of resources, it can quickly lead to ruin. Given this panorama for companies, lean management emerges as the antidote, as a way to counteract and combat this behavior that can affect any business. Lean management seeks to detect, prevent and eliminate the use of resources without generating any added value.

      This time we want to connect lean management with another practice that is very popular these days: coaching. The purpose of coaching is to apply the change, transformation, optimization through a modeling profile of a professional with a view to perfecting their personal and professional skills. Also, coaching is aimed to improve the strategic capacity, communication, stress management, charisma, self-esteem, innovation capacity and looks for achieve lean management. Now the need for lean management is extended to the personal brand management, personal growth strategy, competitiveness and leadership optimization. What is wanted is to extend the lean human management factor, which can be improved through good coaching.

    The CEO, manager or leader can change his profile, improve it, through coaching and implement lean management. This change includes the leader analysis to detect their weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities. Equally, it is necessary to emphasize the main internal and external weaknesses of the person and through the coaching applied to lean management (only those that directly affect the productivity and efficiency of the manager).

     Finally, strategies for change should be planned and implemented to strengthen the leader's strengths. The coaching will design strategies for the manager to take maximum advantage of the personal resources available to produce more and better.
