Mauro Libi Crestani: Positive Attitude to rule enterprises

In today's era of high technology it important for any company to adapt and change. Can you imagine a computer company or a cell phone company that is selling the same model that they came out with five years ago? My dad had a gall bladder surgery performed twenty years ago. The surgery was a long one and he stayed in the hospital for two weeks and it was a hard recovery Today that same surgery is an out patient surgery.  Knowledge and technology changes the way we do things at such a rapid rate. The winning company is the one with the latest technology first. 


For you and your company to be the first at discovering,  learning and adapting to the latest in technology it takes a certain attitude. It is important for your company to hire people that have a positive attitude. you want an environment where your employees believe that they are the best and that they will remain the best. People that do not believe that they do not have the ability to be the best will not come up with new ideas. If the attitude in the company is that you will not get the support to do your research then you probably will not put in the effort needed to come up with that winning idea. 

If you work in a company where there are negative  attitudes. Where employees do not like being in that company, you will not get your best from your employees in that situation. Employees will constantly be looking for a different place to work at that they actually want to be at. So employee turnover may be high. In an environment of negativity you will not find your team working towards any positive goals, there will not be any spirit of cooperation, sick calls from employees will be more common, no one will really try to utilize their skills to their maximum abilities.

If you want to achieve   positive change and be a leader in your field, your skills have to be the best, but to utilize those skills properly a positive attitude is needed.

I once went into a car dealership for a car purchase. I was meet by a salesman who was dressed in a well ironed suit and he had the biggest smile. He introduced himself by name and he asked for my name. He offered me something to drink as we discussed my desires in a car.  Let me assure you, that you came to the right place. He had been with that dealership for years. His customers stayed with him each time they wanted a new car.  I was told that this car dealership was about positive attitude. The salespeople , the finance  department , the service department all had to be positive that their customers were treated with the best service and that all their needs and concerns were listened to and acted on.
