To be successful in business, you have to be an innovator. Apple is the most successful company in history. It has a stock value of twice it's closest competitor. How did this company get to be so successful? For starters their products are years ahead of their competitors. They have a motto that they and only they will come up with the next better product. Apple has a rule that they will not make a product unless they can make a better product than their competition. If all they can do is make an equal product, then they will not produce that product. So they got their reputation as the best in the market for now and for the future.

Their customer service and in-store experience are great. Apple sells in retail stores, which is known for any other company to fail. You have to sell at discount prices to succeed. Well Apple proved that retail can work. They make it work by keeping their products simple to use and their stores ready and able to help their customers. Their success is a mixture between a superior product and great customer service.
