The workplace is extremely important because we spend a good part of our time there, therefore, it should be pleasant, comfortable and most important, healthy. Yes, healthy. It has been determined that for workers is becoming more important their health and issues such as a balanced diet, lowering stress levels and getting in good physical shape.

 So, take a look of these tips:

·      For employees, it is extremely important that companies help them by optimizing their health; they aspire to have their organizations to promote corporate health plans and access to gyms. Conditions where workers must provide their daily service are very important and companies must focus their efforts on improving such conditions.

·      For workers (who should spend all day sitting) this becomes a problem that can seriously affect their health, part of the solution is that organizations invest in the purchase of "standing" desks among the furniture of their offices, so they can give their workers the opportunity to alternate between one space and the other.

·     For companies or businesses enterprise it is important to encourage their employees to get up, move, climb stairs, stretch and walk throughout the day.

·         When companies don’t cultivate teamwork, we are facing at a serious problem. Such situation generates high levels of stress, reduces camaraderie between workers and, obviously, low productivity levels. The solution to this situation is to encourage teamwork, the interaction between colleagues. Companies must pay special attention to this because their principal capital, the human capital, is in danger.

·         The daily dynamics are getting more and more workers to consume junk food, fast foods with little nutritional value or, in any case, fried foods. It is essential to end these habits and replace them with a diet rich in vitamins, balanced, well, healthy. Fruits and salads are an excellent alternative.

·         Promote that in your company (if it has a dining service or restaurant) healthy and balanced meals are served.

Believe it or not, lack of leadership contributes to the degradation of health in companies. For workers it is important to feel that their work is valued and their presence is relevant to the company.
