Mauro Libi: Get closer to your clients in 8 steps

Clients are the key for the whole organization, they must be given all possible care, investigate what they need and how they want it. For this, it is fundamental to approach them, but not always the marks know how to do it. Take a look of these eight steps:

Step 1. Segment: It is essential for the whole organization to know who the public is interested, what is that part of the consumers that can grow your company. To do this, an objective analysis must be carried out to achieve a closer link with that part of the public that fits with the product and / or service that your company produces, with that part of the public it is necessary to increase the levels of communication to establish a direct and effective link.

Step 2. Verification of customer information: Having verified information about your customers and having this data verified is very important, allowing you to clearly identify your target audience. This knowledge facilitates the elaboration of the strategies to approach and for the advertising campaigns to be effective.

Step 3. Personalize the shipments: Customers demand good service and excellent attention, that’s why it is necessary to make a difference and make the customer feel that he knows who he is, what he is interested in, what he wants, where he is, and what his name is, and that it is very important for his company.

Step 4. Reciprocal communication: It is essential to establish a channel of communication with customers. It is good to give our messages to customers, but also important is to give them the opportunity to make their approaches to the company. This two-way communication will allow you to know more about the clients, to know their needs, concerns and demands.

Step 5. Loyalty: When the customer has been identified, they are located, they know what they want and demand, it is absolutely necessary to work hard to keep them loyal.
Step 6. Combined bids: When you have been able to keep customer loyalty, you have to offer other products and / or services and you can combine the new offer with the original offer, build a comprehensive offer.

Step 7. Flexibilization: Now you have to become creative to convey various messages to customers. It is necessary to establish an appropriate way of doing, which requires being flexible with the market and the needs of the public.

Step 8. The measurement: It is necessary to be able to measure everything that has been planned and executed, and is that the data, the statistics make it easier to capture the weaknesses and the successes. Also, you have a global perspective of the company and the behavior of customers.

Mauro Libi Crestani: Change initiatives are not just whole scale business transformations

By  Mauro Libi Crestani.  Business hire management teams to figure out new ways to solve customer problems, improve products, create new revenue streams, and reduce costs. This involves creating new ideas for change. Technology, innovation, products and the way of doing business means coming up with new ideas for staying competitive in today’s quick moving market. Every change starts with an idea—a vision of what could happen to create a tangible benefit for an organization. But ideas are not enough. Change initiatives are not just whole scale business transformations. These make-or-break moments can also be leadership changes, restructurings, culture changes, system implementations, operational excellence programs, workforce programs or new market expansions. Mauro Libi Crestani: Negative attitude can destroy your career and personal life

I once went into a car dealership for a car purchase. I was meet by a salesman who was dressed in a well ironed suit and he had the biggest smile. He introduced himself by name and he asked for my name. He offered me something to drink as we discussed my desires in a car.  Let me assure you, that you came to the right place. He had been with that dealership for years. His customers stayed with him each time they wanted a new car.  I was told that this car dealership was about positive attitude. The salespeople , the finance  department , the service department all had to be positive that their customers were treated with the best service and that all their needs and concerns were listened to and acted on. I felt so positive that this was the place for me.  I have a married friend  who in sales. He is always depressed and always quiet. He is my friend and I once went to him to purchase his product for my company. He was telling me how sales were down, that he was not sure that he w

How does technology help in business communication?

One of the elements which has undoubtedly worked to support our growth, expansion and excellence projects in the last years, has been technology applied to business communication. I still remember when everything was reduced to memos, billboards, advertisements, photos and one or another printed publication in order to communicate inside the company; at the same time absolutely massive Advertising in existing media was in charge to go to the great public which included our customers and prospects.  Today we can say that with the advance of humankind, communication needed is also appearing. And our times make use of digital communication to improve business processes with more efficient and functional ways which allow more interaction, and overall, business productivity. Technology in communication expressed in the use of Internet, and with it, the Web, social networks, e-mails, multimedia resources (videos, infographics, memes, podcast, live broadcast, etc.); joined wi
