Work hard for your business


By Mauro Libi.-    Not long ago, you decided and you started a business, your dream. Now, you have to work hard to make it grow, and why not? To be a great company, but first there are some mistakes that you should avoid.
Studies say, almost 80 percent of the new organizations disappear two years before to be founded. This is determinate by a really bad administration and also a bad structured work teams.
It is essential be in contact with clients. The interaction with them should be permanent. They are the main reason of every company and therefore, is it not acceptable carelessness. Before you start a business you have to study, analyze and determinate about this subject. Moreover, to know the customer’s needs.
Companies must have suppliers and professionals related with the work area. They are a huge support since they know what to do daily.
On the other hand, administrative and financial management need to be managed very well. In the same way, accounting department works hand in hand with strict control of production, inventories, and sales. Don’t forget to dedicate time to invest and what’s more, invest on talent and development areas.
