mobbing because is something to be aware for workers and organizations to know
every detail of this serious problem to prevent any sign of it.
This time is about for those
non-conventional mobbing cases, I mean, those that attack groups and weak
sectors that cannot defend by themselves.
First case. We talk about
mobbing to people why physical disabilities, people from different cultures and
religions. These attacks are made since those persons don’t have a complete
social support that allows them to face the harasser and solve this situation.
Second case. We have mobbing
and sexual harassment, people confuse them but they aren’t the same. On sexual
harassment, this could be used as an instrument to denigrate the victim. In
contrast, mobbing is used without any sexual intentions.
Third case. It exist
maternity harassment that is especially to those pregnant women within organizations.
The harasser objective is to intimidate all women to not get pregnant because
they will suffer this punishment.
And fourth case. We have
gender violence. This is considering as a mobbing tool. This gender violence
makes “common” comments, attacks or sexist behaviors accepted inside
organizations.
