twenty-first century, but they do. Companies who despite their mistreatment of
their workers are productive. These entrepreneurs are wondering, why make
changes if I am doing well.
True, some do not even realize what they do,
they are not even aware of the erosion, wear and psychological damage they

much improved productivity in a culture of positive attitudes. These
organizations deny the need to apply it to correct the mistakes of their

we have already pointed out on other occasions to advocate and instill
organizational change can be very complicated. The resistance that exists
complimented by the denial of problems.
There is a belief that inevitably the
business environment has to be confrontational, because the reality of the
environment so requires, you have to beat the competition and that can only be
achieved by tightening its belt to employees.
So all that they say psychologists are merely
talking. The workers always want more! Here there is to work long and hard.
How to change this view?
For making the employer or entrepreneur to understand
the current reality imposes these changes if you want to continue riding on the
train production. The cost of not doing so sooner or later will come the
bankruptcy. Or we adapt and continue or stay and lose.
The health of workers is the health of the
company, because although making money is important, workers are the engine
that generates and therefore should be treated as they should. Otherwise the collapse will come.
It is foolish to think that because workers
continue to resist and nothing happens, that they are happy with their work.
Understand, the worker feel threatened.
Improving business conditions will result in
better performance if they want to tax only in terms of money.
Technological improvements will ease and
facilitate the work of employees but also improve the numbers at the end of
management.
Remember: Change is also profitable!
It transform the management model and
production staff will result in more productivity and competitiveness.
Otherwise you will produce 100 while competitors produce 500 or a thousand. So
simple is the issue.
In short, also change it suits you.
If you align yourself with the needs of your
staff, this will align with the goals of your company. It is a win-win.
People and machines are not the same and the
belief that the second is more important is a serious error.
Your staff is your largest and most valuable
asset.
Investing in healthy practices for workers
translates into wealth for them but also for the company, for you, for the
environment.
Remember, in the long term the only winners
