By Mauro Libi Crestani. Love of work is important. Wanting what you do is the best incentive to keep doing it and doing it well. But everything has its measure, time and place. The home is for family and affections, the office for the work and achievement of goals and objectives.

For more challenges, demands and commitment that currently work will sue the worker must put a limit on the workaholics, otherwise relations, health and productivity are at serious risk itself.

 Workaholic who is to redefine what success means not fix their attention only on the amount of the check of its committees, prestige and status within their company and society. That is important but so is your family and your health.

 That painstaking effort to attain perfection at all times and exceed established goals all the time should not become an obsession.
